My friends, we continue to move forward with many important items. Here are a few that I want to share that I’m asking you to pray about:   

Rev 12:12 “I make all things new”: This is the review and energizing of the Academy. I want to bring new programs into the school and put the fire of the Holy Spirit back into the school. We need prayers, volunteers, ideas, and word of mouth to neighbors that Incarnation Academy is the best school for their kids.

Annual Catholic Appeal support: Last Sunday I talked at both Spanish masses for the need to support the appeal because the Appeal supports, with funding, our Seminarians. It costs over 60,000 a year, per seminarian, to support them. We need them, and we have two seminarians from our parish, Elvis and Patrice,  it costs 120,000 a year for the diocese to form them. It is our responsibility as they are our parishioners to help. The Appeal Directly does that. So donate if you love seminarians and want them to become priests. Show your support in donation and in prayer.

This week we started moving the sacramental records of St Gerard to the office at Incarnation. Eventually all the records will be in one office only and most of it will be archived. It is another step in this merger. Please pray for our staff as we do this very important, time consuming, and tedious task.   

Please pray for these and all the hard work we are doing behind the scenes to organize our new parish in such a way to invite the Holy Spirit in a new way.

Amigos míos, seguimos avanzando con muchos temas importantes. Aquí hay algunos que quiero compartir y por los que les pido que oren:

Apocalipsis 12:12 “Yo hago nuevas todas las cosas”: Esta es la revisión y dinamización de la Academia. Quiero traer nuevos programas a la escuela y devolver el fuego del Espíritu Santo a la escuela. Necesitamos oraciones, voluntarios, ideas y el boca a boca de los vecinos de que Incarnation Academy es la mejor escuela para sus hijos.

Apoyo a la Campaña Católica Anual: El domingo pasado hablé en ambas misas en español sobre la necesidad de apoyar la Campaña porque la Campaña apoya, con fondos, a nuestros Seminaristas. Cuesta más de 60.000 al año, por seminarista, mantenerlos. Los necesitamos, y tenemos dos seminaristas de nuestra parroquia, Elvis y Patrice, a la diócesis le cuesta 120.000 al año formarlos. Es nuestra responsabilidad ayudar ya que ellos son nuestros feligreses . La Apelación Directa hace eso. Así que dona si vives como seminarista y quieres que se conviertan en sacerdotes. Muestre su apoyo en donación y en oración. 

Esta semana comenzamos a trasladar los registros sacramentales de San Gerardo a la oficina de Encarnación. Con el tiempo, todos los registros estarán en una sola oficina y la mayor parte se archivará. Es un paso más en esta fusión. Ore por nuestro personal mientras realizamos esta tarea tan importante, tediosa y que requiere mucho tiempo. 

Por favor oren por estos y por todo el arduo trabajo que estamos haciendo detrás de escena para organizar nuestra nueva parroquia de tal manera que invitemos al Espíritu Santo de una manera nueva.
